NOVARE Expands in ASEAN with Rebrand and Appistoki Acquisition

Digital transformation firm NOVARE is strengthening its presence in the ASEAN region with a rebrand and the acquisition of Singapore-based Salesforce Summit Partner Appistoki. This strategic move reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering smarter, more personalized digital solutions.

Formerly operating under Micro-D International (MDI) Inc. and Novare Technologies Inc., the company has now unified under a single brand—NOVARE.

“Our name, derived from the Latin word for ‘to make new,’ represents a fresh start, a clearer direction, and a future driven by innovation,” said Novare CEO Victor Silvino at the March 14 launch event in Bonifacio Global City.

Silvino emphasized the company’s vision of becoming a leading digital enabler in Asia, leveraging a balanced portfolio of services (60%) and products (40%) to develop AI-powered solutions in data analytics, cloud technology, and network security.

The acquisition of Appistoki bolsters Novare’s capabilities in the Salesforce ecosystem, strengthening its customer experience offerings.

“With Appistoki now part of Novare, we are in a stronger position to deliver innovative solutions aligned with our mission of purposeful technology,” Silvino stated. “This strategic move enhances our ability to elevate digital experiences, particularly for Salesforce users in the Philippines and across the region.”

Appistoki CEO Abhijeet Kulkarni echoed this sentiment, highlighting how the integration sharpens Novare’s competitive edge.

“Novare has built a strong brand with an extensive client base. By combining our Salesforce consulting expertise, we amplify the value we deliver to businesses,” Kulkarni noted.

With this acquisition, Novare extends its reach to Singapore, India, Indonesia, Ireland, and the Philippines, further cementing its position as a leader in AI-driven digital transformation.

“Salesforce has been a dominant force in the industry and has rapidly introduced AI innovations in the last six months,” said Kulkarni. “As a key Salesforce partner, we have been at the forefront—analyzing these advancements, collaborating with clients, and integrating AI-powered solutions into the Salesforce ecosystem.”

By leveraging AI-driven automation, real-time insights, and customer-centric solutions, Novare aims to revolutionize digital operations across banking, telecommunications, retail, and government sectors.

“This is more than just business; it’s about impact,” Silvino emphasized. “It’s about regenerative leadership—where success is not just about our growth but about uplifting our employees, partners, clients, and communities.”

With a strong strategic direction, expanded regional footprint, and a commitment to AI-driven innovation, Novare is poised to shape the future of digital transformation in Asia and beyond.#
