A large-scale relief initiative, spearheaded by a coalition of civic organizations, private companies, and volunteers, has successfully distributed essential goods to thousands of residents across the province of Masbate, earning the eternal gratitude of the local community.

The operation, which required meticulous planning and coordination, was hailed as a resounding success, providing critical aid to families in multiple towns and barangays.

In facebook post, a heartfelt message of thanks, the organizers emphasized that the mission “would not be possible without your help and contribution.” The effort was led by National President Ronald D.L. Santos, who was credited for spearheading the operation. Key figures including Triple D Commission Chairman Joseph Ryan Jocson, various national officers, Board of Trustees, Regional Governors, and Club Presidents were also recognized for their pivotal roles.

The success of the operation was attributed to the overwhelming support from numerous groups. Donations poured in from regional governors, club members, private individuals, and corporate partners, amplifying the reach and impact of the relief drive.
A Collaborative Effort for Logistics and Security
The complex logistics of delivering aid to Masbate were made possible through significant contributions. Critical support included:
- Security provided by the RC Camp Crame.
- An ambulance and truck lent by Governor Engr. Jose Tumagan Tayamora, with Kuya ElJohn managing the transportation.
- A free Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel, hotel accommodation, and breakfast provided by Governor Leo Martin Ribas, with hospitality from Mayor Arvin Virtusio.
- A sumptuous lunch for the team hosted by Cawayan Mayor Edgar S. Condor.
- Breakfast provisions from Governor Ynot Baña and Kuya Jerry’s Bulalo.
The Bicol Wide Governors were commended for their planning and coordination, while groups like Triple D Camarines Norte and Triple D NCR were vital partners in the mission.
A dedicated convoy team, including SecGen Allan Olivas Corpuz, Makati Pateros Fire Volunteers, and numerous other volunteers, ensured the goods reached their destinations.
Successful Distribution and Financial Transparency

The relief operation resulted in the distribution of 1,294 relief packs to communities in Aroroy, Cauayan, Esperanza, Fabrica, Milagros, and Brgy. Nursery.
The goods distributed included 450 sacks of 3kg rice from Lakbay Pinas NCR48. The operation was backed by total cash donations of P 288,050.00. The overall cost of donations, including goods and logistics, was reported at P 452,900.00, with an additional P 45,000.00 allocated for logistics.
A final note of thanks was extended to Governor Mon Escape Jr. and the entire regional leadership and clubs for ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of the distribution, cementing the event as a powerful testament to community spirit and cooperation in a time of need.#
