In its landmark tenth year, Estate Water posted its strongest billed volume performance to date, surging 26 percent to 66 million liters per day—its highest growth ever—driven by rapid expansion in key estates and townships, increased commercial activity, improved system reliability, and aggressive non-revenue water reduction initiatives.

Established under MWPV and reinforced by strategic partnerships—most notably with Ayala Land—Estate Water has evolved into a diversified powerhouse in the Non-East Zone. Its robust infrastructure includes 157 deep wells with a combined capacity of about 170 million liters per day, 48 sewage treatment plants capable of treating approximately 66 million liters per day, and 71 lift stations ensuring efficient used-water collection across complex developments. This extensive system enables seamless, reliable service delivery across estates, townships, industrial zones, and mixed-use communities nationwide.

The company’s versatility sets it apart. Estate Water manages a wide range of operating models—from greenfield and brownfield developments to bulk water supply, water reuse, vertical and wastewater operations, and facility lease arrangements. Its diverse project portfolio spans leading developers such as SMDC, Damosa Land, Raemulan Land, and Asian Land, and covers flagship developments including Nuvali, Alviera, Lio, Cebu Business Park, Azuela Cove, Vertis North, the Cavite Economic Zone, and Bonifacio Global City.
