Nagkaloob ng Titulo sa 350 Pamilya sa QC; Itinaguyod ang Pagbabayad ng Housing Loan

Namahagi ang National Housing Authority (NHA) ng mga Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) sa 350 kwalipikadong pamilya sa ilalim ng National Government Center Housing and Development Project (NGCHDP) sa isang seremonya sa Quezon City Gymnasium, Barangay Commonwealth, kamakailan.

Ang pamamahagi ng titulo, na pinangunahan ng mga kinatawan ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai at ni Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Ralph Wendel Tulfo, ay bahagi ng patuloy na adhikain ng ahensya na bigyan ng seguridad sa lupa ang mga benepisyaryo. Kabilang sa mga nakatanggap ay 200 pamilya mula sa NHA-NGCHDP Eastside at 150 pamilya mula sa Westside, na kinabibilangan ng mga residente mula sa mga Barangay Batasan Hills, Commonwealth, Holy Spirit, at Payatas.

Sa kanyang mensahe, iginiit ni GM Tai ang pangako ng NHA bilang trustee ng proyekto: “Ang NHA po, bilang katiwala sa lupaing ito, ay patuloy na nagpupursige… na maigawad na rin ang iba pang mga lote sa karapat-dapat na mga pamilyang benepisyaryo.” Binigyang-diin din ng okasyon ang kahalagahan ng pagbabayad ng housing loan. Nagsilbi itong koleksyon campaign upang hikayatin ang mga benepisyaryo na i-update ang kanilang mga account at tuluyang masettle ang amortisasyon, na magpapalakas sa NGC Trust Fund.

Pinuri naman ni Rep. Tulfo ang mga ahensya ng gobyerno sa pagsusulong ng seguridad sa pabahay para sa mga residente. Ang nasabing distribusyon ay sumunod sa katulad na aktibidad noong nakaraang taon para sa 385 pamilya, na bahagi ng mas malawak na layunin ng NHA na magserbisyo sa halos 40,000 benepisyaryo ng NGCHDP.

Kabilang sa mga dumalo sa seremonya ang mga kinatawan mula sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), at tanggapan ni Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte.
