NHA at mga ka-partner, pumirma ng MOA sa proyektong pabahay para sa 684 benepisyaryo ng Dapa, Surigao Del Norte

Pinirmahan ng National Housing Authority (NHA) kamakailan lang ang isang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa pagitan ng ahensya, munisipyo ng Dapa, Surigao del Norte; at Dapa Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA), upang magtulungan sa proyektong pabahay para sa 684 pamilyang benepisyaryo sa lalawigan.

Pinangunahan ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai ang paglagda sa MOA, kasama sina Dapa Mayor Elizabeth T. Matugas, BCM President Nestor P. Borromeo, at HOA President Julius T. Navarro, na ginanap sa NHA Boardroom sa Quezon City.

Itatayo sa Brgy. Osmeña, ang Dapa Island Residences na binubuo ng siyam na gusali na may tig-tatlong palapag at magsisilbing bagong tahanan para sa mga benepisyaryo.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni NHA GM Tai ang kahalagahan ng pakikipagtulungan sa pagtugon sa pangangailangan sa pabahay ng mga pamilyang Pilipino, lalo na sa pagkamit ng layunin ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. na isang Bagong Pilipinas.

“Nagpapasalamat po ako sa Dapa LGU sa kooperasyon at pakikipagtulungan n’yo para masimulan ang proyektong ito. Isa po ito sa mga proyekto sa ilalim ng aking administrasyon na sinubaybayan ko from planning to groundbreaking, to the construction,” saad ni NHA GM Tai, kung saan idinagdag n’ya ang pangangailangang mapabilis ang pagtatayo nito. “Ang marching order po natin ay bilis-bilisan ang pag-construct para mai-turn-over na natin kaagad sa mga kababayan natin sa Surigao, and hoping for more housing projects sa Dapa.”

Samantala, ipinahayag naman ni Mayor Matugas ang kanyang pasasalamat sa NHA: “With this, the Dapanon are very thankful to the NHA for making this project into a reality. This is a testament that President Marcos truly cares for the poor people, and will surely leave a mark in the hearts of my fellow Dapanon.”
