Mga nagwagi sa 2024 Salinlahi Evolution Competition

Sa ilalim ng pamamahala ng National Academy of Science and Technology, Philippines (NAST PHL) – ang Philippine Science Heritage Center (PSHC) ay inihayag ang mga nanalo sa Salinlahi Evolution Competition sa 2024 National Youth Science, Technology, and Innovation Festival (NYSTIF) sa Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Forum Tent noong Martes, Setyembre 19.

Ang Salinlahi Evolution ay isang kumpetisyon sa pagpapaunlad ng app na naglalayong hikayatin ang mga kabataan na gumawa ng mga mobile learning application na nakaangkla sa agham at teknolohiya. Mula noong 2014, ang PSHC at ang mga katuwang nitong institusyon ay nagsasagawa ng Salinlahi Evolution Competition na nagtuturo sa lipunan sa papel ng pagsulong ng teknolohiya at paggamit ng mga mobile application sa Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sa pamamagitan ng Gamification”.

Ang mga natatanging panauhin, kabilang ang Academician na si Jaime Montoya, Presidente ng NAST PHL, Dr. Lawrence Tan, Presidente at CEO ng PAEC, at Ms. Luningning Samarita-Domingo, Direktor IV ng NAST PHL, ang nagbigay-galang sa seremonya ng paggawad sa kanilang mga mensaheng nakapagpapatibay at mainit na pagbati.

Ang grupong Technolikha mula sa Philippine Science High School Cordillera Administrative Region Campus ay nanalo ng grand prize na may “Telling Science Top Down”, isang narrative-driven survival simulation game na itinakda sa isang post-apocalyptic na mundo na nakikipaglaban sa ecological collapse. Nagtatampok ang laro ng iba’t ibang SDG tulad ng Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6), Affordable and Clean Energy (SDG 7), Climate Action (SDG 13), Life Below Water (SDG 14), at Life on Land (SDG 15).

Ang grupong V²EN Tech mula sa Valencia National High School ay nanalo ng pangalawang premyo sa larong tinatawag na “Rebuild”. Ang grupong BACONater mula sa Philippine Science High School – Cordillera Administrative Region Campus at ang grupong BUZZ-IO mula sa Muntinlupa Science High School ay nanalo ng ikatlong gantimpala kasama ang FinQuest at BUZZ-IO, ayon sa pagkakasunod.#
