Pinapanatili ng NEA ang Dekalidad na Serbisyo, Nagkamit ng Bagong ISO Certificate

Ang National Electrification Administration (NEA) ay nagpapanatili ng isang epektibong Quality Management System (QMS) ng mga serbisyong legal, institusyonal, pinansyal at teknikal nito sa mga electric cooperative (EC), sa gayo’y binibigyang-daan ang Ahensya na maging kuwalipikado para sa isang bagong sertipiko mula sa International Organization for Standardization ( ISO).

Ang TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. ay nagsagawa ng recertification audit ng NEA noong nakaraang 21 Disyembre 2023. Inirerekomenda ng mga independiyenteng auditor ang pagpapalabas ng ISO 9001:2015 na sertipiko sa korporasyong pag-aari ng estado pagkatapos maipasa ang kanilang pagsusuri.

“The audit team confirms in line with the audit targets that the organization’s management system complies with, adequately maintains and implements the requirements of the standard(s),” TÜV said in its initial audit report.

Nakalista sa mga “positive findings” ng certification body ang mga pagkilalang natanggap ng NEA ngayong taon, kabilang ang award, na inisyu noong Nobyembre 20, 2023, ng Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) para sa pagiging isa sa pinakamataas na ranggo ng gobyerno- pag-aari at kinokontrol na mga korporasyon para sa 2022.

Ang Ahensya ay sumusunod din sa mga tuntunin ng kahusayan sa enerhiya batay sa 2022 Energy Audit Spot Check ng Department of Energy (DOE) na may kabuuang tipid sa kuryente na 185,600 kWh. Nakakuha rin ito ng “hindi binagong opinyon” mula sa Commission on Audit (COA) para sa taon ng pananalapi 2022.

The auditors also found it “noteworthy” that the NEA facilitated a 100-percent resolution of the 490 citizens’ concerns within the recommended 72-hour window, citing the January to November 2023 data of hotline “8888.”

Bukod sa ilang mga obserbasyon at pagkakataon para sa pagpapahusay, ang TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. ay nakakita ng zero nonconformity sa mga proseso ng negosyo ng NEA. Itinakda ng certification body ang takdang petsa para sa susunod nitong pag-audit sa Disyembre 12, 2024.

Ang pagkamit ng sertipiko ng ISO 9001:2015 ay nagsisiguro na ang mga organisasyon ay nakakatugon sa mga pandaigdigang pamantayan ng QMS. Ito ay itinuturing na isang mahalagang instrumento sa bawat kumpanya sa parehong pribado at pampublikong sektor upang mapanatili at/o mapabuti ang kalidad ng mga serbisyo nito pati na rin mapalakas ang kasiyahan ng customer nang tuluy-tuloy.#
