Manila Water garners 3 Quill awards

Manila Water received three citations anew for its communication programs at the 19th Philippine Quill Awards for 2022. The annual recognition given by the International Association of Business Communicators Philippines recognizes outstanding communication management, research, training and education, and skills programs for the past year.

Manila Water’s corporate social responsibility arm Manila Water Foundation, won in theCommunications Skills Division for the Publications Category for its annual report entitled Forging Ahead: Manila Water Foundation’s 2020 Annual Report.

Meanwhile, Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV), Manila Water’s subsidiary handling the local expansion beyond the East Zone of Metro Manila, was cited for its People Engagement Program under the Employee Engagement Category of the Communication Management Division as well as COVIDCOMMS 2021: Thriving Amidst the Pandemic—A Video Made for Employees, by Employees under the Employees Category and Audio-Visual Presentation of the Communication Skills Division.

Manila Water Corporate Communications Affairs Group Head Jeric Sevilla said that the company is very grateful and proud to have been recognized for some of its communication programs and tools as it serves as a testament to the value of communications in effectively engaging with its customers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
