Barangay officials have assured the mayor that they will free the roads and sidewalks of obstructions in compliance with President Duterte’s directives.
Mayor Belmonte has been going around the city to inspect day-care centers, barangay halls, and markets that are obstructing and/or encroaching public roads and sidewalks.
