The Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources’ (DA-BFAR) multi-mission offshore vessel (MMOV) 5002 BRP Francisco Dagohoy (MMOV 5002), manned by both DA-BFAR and Philippine Coast Guard personnel, is set to deliver relief goods to the residents affected by the earthquake in Itbayat, Batanes on Thursday morning, August 1, 2019.
The relief goods were donated by BFAR Regional Offices, Philippine Red Cross, and Office of the Vice President. These include bottled water, canned goods, instant noodles, packs of coffee, beddings, and personal hygiene items.
