QUEZON CITY Mayor Herbert M. Bautista has ordered the suspension of classes in all levels on Monday, July 25, when President Rodrigo Duterte delivers his first State of the Nation Address.
Traffic is expected to be heavy in Quezon City on that day especially in the immediate vicinity of the Batasang Pambansa where the President will speak before the joint session of Congress.
