QC MAY BAGONG MOBILE CLINIC MULA TSINA

MAGANDANG balita sa mga residente ng Quezon City.

Mabibigyan ng libreng medical check-up simula sa susunod na buwan nang hindi na kailangan pang magtungo sa ospital ang mga residente ng lungsod.

Isang moderno at high-tech mobile health unit ang mag-iikot, partikular sa mga barangay na may malaking populasyon, para magbigay ng health at medical check-up, konsultasyon, eksminasyon at minor operation procedures.

Ayon kay Dr. Edgardo Salud, director ng Quezon City General Hospital , ang unit, na may moderno at computerized medical facilities tulad ng x-ray machine, laboratory equipment, minor operating room at consultation room, ay ibinigay ng Tsina.

Mayroon itong aircon at dalawang generator para magsilbing power back-up kapag may power interruptions o umiikot sa mga lugar na walang pagkakabitan ng kuryente.

Ang donasyon na mobile clinic na ibinigay sa lokal na pamahalaan ng Department of Health ay bunga rin ng pagtulong ni Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. na makuha ng QC ang donasyon.

Sa isinagawang regular executive staff meeting sa QC Hall, ipinabatid ni Dr. Salud kay Mayor Herbert Bautista na ang operasyon ng mobile clinic ay magsisimula sa Mayo, pagdating ng Chinese representative na siyang magtuturo kung papaano gagamitin ang unit.

Ang Quezon City ang isa sa walong recipients ng mobile health units na ibinigay ng Tsina sa Pilipinas.

Ilan sa mga serbisyong maibibigay nito ay blood chemistry, x-ray, health consultation at minor operation procedures. -30- Divine/Maureen Quinones, PAISO
