As Lopez stressed, “G-Diaries is not just a show. When you support G-Diaries, you are supporting them [local eco-tourism]. It is about improving lives. It is not a normal tourism show.”

The second season with the G-Squad is slated to bring its audience to more spectacular places such as in Samar, Lobo in Batangas, Sibuyan Island in Romblon, Iba in Zambales, Kinatarcan Island in Cebu, and even in the Pasig river. This aims to encourage community development and reverence for nature, which is the core values of the show.

While Magalona claims “as G-Squad, we really have the power to make a change. It is the G-Squad’s turn to support the country and its environment.”
