Ani ni GABRIELA lawmaker Luzviminda Ilagan, ang pagmamalaki ni P-Noy sa naturang programa ay paraan lamang upang pagtakpan ang mga alegasyon ukol dito. Sa kabila ng katotohanang ang badyet na inilaan para sa CCT program ay puno diumano ng korapsyon.

Sinabi pa ni Ilagan, sa findings na inilabas ng Asian Development Bank (ADB) halos 19 billion sa 62 billion na kabuuang badyet na inilaan para sa Conditional Cash Transfer Program ay hindi napunta sa mga mahihirap nating kababayan. At noong December 2014, naglabas ng report ang Commission on Audit tungkol sa pagkakabigo ni Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Dinky Soliman na isalaysay kung saan napunta ang may nasa 1 bilyong badyet ng kanyang ahensya.

Pinuna rin nina Ilagan at De Jesus na ang yaman ng sampung pinakamayamang Pilipino sa bansa, na nakinabang sa Aquino’s Private-Public Partnership Program ay trumiple ng 250%. Mula sa ₱650 billion noong 2010 ay lumaki ito ng hanggang sa ₱2.2 trillion ngayong 2015.

Dagdag pa nila, ang mga mahihirap ay lalong naghihirap at ang mga mayayaman ay lalong yumayaman. (Freda Migano)
