The Western Visayas Agriculture and Resources Research and Development Consortium (WESVARRDEC) recently turned over a unit of computer desktop and its accessories plus printer to the Jamindan, Capiz Farmers Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center. The turn over ceremony took place at the WESVARRDEC Office in UP Visayas in Iloilo City.
At the ceremony were FITS Manager Remedios Llamelo, Magsasaka Siyentista (MS) Igmedio Llamelo, and WESVARRDEC Director Joseph Edward Idemne.
According to WESVARRDEC Regional Management Information System Coordinator Nilo Araneta, the provision of the equipment will “help enhance the delivery of services of the FITS Center to its farmer beneficiaries”.
