“The Philippines is committed to ensuring that our ASEAN Chairship lays a strong foundation for the decades ahead by unlocking regional industrial potential, intensifying knowledge transfer, and strengthening cross-border technology cooperation,” aniya, sabay-diin na may “real opportunity” ang ASEAN na maging strategic alternative sa gitna ng paglipat ng global production hubs mula sa high-risk regions.
