Naghatid ang caravan ng iba’t ibang livelihood, skills enhancement at entrepreneurship training, business and capital consultancy, basic orientation on cooperative, process application for livelihood assistance for returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) at scholarship programs mula sa Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Public Employment Service Office (PESO) at Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Kasabay din inabot ang Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) sa 336 qualified housing beneficiaries ng DSWD at ang Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers Program (TUPAD) Program ng Department of Labor and Employment sa 119 beneficiaries.
Nagbigay ng libreng medical at dental services, optical, laboratories, gupit, ambulance services, CPR demonstration, first aid treatment at proper bandaging mula sa Department of Health (DOH), Provincial Government of Samar, 8th Infantry Division Philippine Army, 63rd Infantry Battalion, Philippine National Police (PNP)- Police Regional Office 8, Bureau of Fire, Local Government Unit, Municipal Health Office, at Philippine Red Cross- Western Samar Chapter.
Binigyan din ng pagkakataon ang mga benepisyaryo na mag-apply para sa National ID at makakuha ng iba pang serbisyo sa civil registry sa pamamagitan ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA); registration of Birth/Death certificates at late registration ng Municipal Civil Registrar; membership registration ng ID at Loyalty Card issuance ng Pag-IBIG Fund, Philhealth at Social Security System (SSS); pagproseso ng police at NBI clearances mula sa Philippine National Police (PNP) at ng National Bureau of Investigation; at help desk ng Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Mga mura at abot-kayang produktong pang-agrikultura ang handog naman ng programa ng Department of Agriculture (DA) na KADIWA. Namigay din sila ng mga libreng binhi at punla. Ang DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) naman ay nagsagawa ng skills training sa food processing. Nagtayo rin ng Kadiwa Store ang Municipal Agriculture Office.
Dagdag pa rito, ang Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ay nagbigay ng pre-employment online application orientation at assistance.
Handog naman ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ang libreng onsite internet at wi-fi, habang ang Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) ay nagsagawa ng libreng legal consultation at notary services.
Mula ng inilunsad noong 2023, matagumpay na naipatupad ng NHA ang People’s Caravan sa buong bansa sa pamamagitan ng patuloy na pakikipagtulungan nito sa mga ahensya ng pamahalaan at pribadong sektor tungo sa isang matagumpay na komunidad sa isang Bagong Pilipinas.#
