NHA Housing Caravan dumayo sa Bustos Bulacan

Bumisita ang National Housing Authority (NHA) sa 454 benepisyaryo ng pabahay sa Bustos, Bulacan upang isagawa ang ikalawang Housing Caravan nitong ika-19 ng Oktubre 2024.

Sa ilalim ng gabay ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, pinangunahan ni Assistant General Manager Alvin S. Feliciano ang pakikipag-usap sa mga benepisyaryo upang ipaliwanag na handa ang NHA na umagapay para maresolba ang kanilang problema sa bayarin sa pabahay.

Karamihan sa mga isyung inilapit ng mga residente mula Bustos Heights at Bulacan Angat Heights ay ang tungkol sa amortization payments, delinquency interests at notices na nabigyan ng kasagutan ng technical unit, community support services, finance services at estate management ng NHA Region III.

Ang nasabing caravan ay programa ng NHA at Committee on Housing and Urban Development Chairperson Congresswoman Rida Robes ng San Jose del Monte Bulacan, sa pakikipagtungan sa lokal na pamahalaan ng Bustos, Bulacan sa liderato nina Mayor Iskul Juan at Konsehala Niña Perez. Layon ng programa na alamin at maresolba ang mga suliraning kinakaharap ng mga benepisyaryo sa resettlement sites sa lugar.

“Ang NHA ay handang tugunan ang mga pangangailangan ninyo. Handa kami na mag meet halfway sa inyo para maresolba ang mga problema ukol sa bill, delinquency interests, demand notices at iba pa,” ani NHA AGM Feliciano.

“Willing kami sa NHA na tanggapin ang kahit anong halaga ng bayad na meron kayo, basta maging regular lang ang pagbabayad bawat buwan at mabawasan ang bill,” dagdag pa ni AGM Feliciano.

Nakatakdang magsagawa ng isa pang housing caravan na gaganapin sa Nobyembre sa Bulacan para matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga benepisyaryo ng pabahay sa probinsiya.#
