ISI E-Beam, a local processor of critical healthcare products, officially blessed its facility in a ceremony that emphasized substance over spectacle, with company leadership outlining a robust long-term vision to become a key player in both local and global supply chains.
The event, which took place earlier today, featured a blend of solemn prayer and strategic corporate messaging, reflecting the company’s grounding in faith and its ambitious commercial goals.
A Purposeful, Scaled-Back Ceremony

In his address, Paul Francis B. Juat, President of ISI E-Beam, explained the company’s decision to hold a simple groundbreaking blessing instead of the grand inauguration previously planned.
“We were thinking of doing one, a grander one,” Juat stated, citing earlier ambitions to invite high-profile figures. However, initial equipment breakdowns post-reopening, logistical complexities, and the busyness of setting up operations led to repeated delays. “I think very timely, so instead of doing a grand launching, we just decided a very simple ceremony,” he told attendees, indicating a pragmatic shift in focus towards core operations.
Strategic Vision: The “PPP” Framework
At the heart of Juat’s speech was the unveiling of the company’s strategic direction, framed around a “PPP” model—Purpose, People, and Profit—with an added emphasis on Love.

- Purpose: Juat articulated a clear ambition to elevate the standards of pharmaceuticals and medical devices processed at the facility. “The products that we process here… [are] going to hundreds and thousands of people. Not just in the Philippines, but nationwide and even globally,” he said, underscoring a mission to serve downstream industries.
- People: The company highlighted its investment in human capital, having grown its team to 20 employees. Juat praised the “very experienced” team and committed to attracting the “best talent” to ensure the facility’s continuous operation.
- Profit: Acknowledging the necessities of business, the president emphasized that financial sustainability is non-negotiable. “We cannot run this facility, it cannot be sustainable without that aspect,” he said, noting that profit is essential to “keep the lights on” and pay salaries.
A Glimpse into Daily Operations
The formal ceremony was preceded by an informal tour of the facility, captured in a separate transcript. The recording revealed a modern, spacious facility described repeatedly as “beautiful” and “big.” The visit highlighted the on-site accommodation for employees who live far away, such as in Manila, and commute home only on weekends—a detail that underscores the company’s 24/7 operational model.
The owner of the facility was identified as “Sir Paul,” believed to be a reference to President Juat himself.
A Firm Commitment to the Future
Despite the challenges of a startup phase with “limited clients [and a] limited market,” Juat expressed unwavering confidence in the company’s future. He set a clear timeline for its growth, announcing, “We will be here for the long term… Please expect us to be here through the next five years to 2030.”
The company thanked its partners, including the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI), and its clients for their support, positioning itself as a dedicated partner for the years to come.
