Juan Miguel Cuna (second from right) leads the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with jeepney operator groups for free, voluntary and non-apprehension garage or terminal emission testing of public utility jeepneys in Metro Manila. The MOA signing coincided with the NCR Airshed Consulative Forum held Friday at the EMB’s conference room in Quezon City.
