Manila Water Rizal Business Area pinarangalan ng DepEd

Pinarangalan ng Department of Education ang Rizal Business Area ng Manila Water, ang silangang konsesyunaryo ng tubig at alkantarilya sa ginanap na 2015 Education Summit Cum Management Committee sa Cainta, Rizal dahil sa walang sawang suporta ng Manila Water sa pamahalaan sa pagbibigay ng malinis, ligtas at maiinum na tubig sa mga eskwelahan.
Paliwanag ni Rizal-OIC Schools Division Superintendent Rommel Bautista, bukod sa  mahahalagang kontribusyon ng Manila Water bilang kabalikat ng DepEd na siguruhing ligtas, malinis at maiinum ang tubig sa mga eskwelahan sa probinsiya, binigyang-diin din ni Bautista ang inisyatibo ng Manila Water ukol sa pangangalaga ng kalikasan katulad ng programang “Toka Toka”, ang una at natatanging programa sa bansa na nakatuon sa tamang pamamahala ng nagamit na tubig.
Ikinatuwa naman ni Jala-jala Mayor Narciso Villarin ang pagsuporta ng Manila Water sa mga eskwelahan sa munisipalidad. Aniya, ang programang “Lingap Eskwela” ng Manila Water ay higit isang libo na ang natulungang mga estudyante, guro at empleyado ng Jala-jala Elementary School kung saan napakalaking benepisyo ang naidulot sa pagbibigay ng malinis, ligtas at maiinum na tubig mula sa pakikibalikat kasama ang Manila Water, Department of Health, Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System at lokal na pamahalaan.
Dahil dito, hindi na kinailangan pang gumastos ng mga estudyante para bumili ng bottled water dahil sa itinayong drinking fountains at wash areas ng Manila Water sa mga eskwelahan upang masigurong ligtas at maayos ang kanilang kalusugan.
Bukod pa dito, nagbigay rin ng mga computer desktops ang Manila Water sa Jala-jala Elementary School.
Ang Manila Water ang nagbibigay ng serbisyong patubig at nagamit na tubig sa silangang bahagi ng Metro Manila kabilang na ang lalawigan ng Rizal.
Makikita sa larawan sina Manila Water Senior Territory Manager Nepthalie Penaranda (pangatlo mula kaliwa), Manila Water Business Zone Manager Miguel Dela Torre (pangalawa mula kanan) kasama ang mga opisyales ng DepEd sa pamumuno ni DepEd OIC Schools Division Superintendent Rommel Bautista(una sa kanan), kasama sina OIC Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Ernesto Lino at Christopher Diaz sa ginanap na awarding ceremony ng 2015 Education Summit Cum Management Committee sa Jala-jala Elementary School, Jala-jala, Rizal.
