Tulong para sa mga Manggagawang Pinoy

Gradong 7 out of 10 ang ibinigay ng mga  grupo ng mangagawa sa ilalim ng Trade Union Congress of the Philippines- Nagkaisa (TUCP) bilang pinakamataas sa lahat ng naging pag-aantas nila sa performance ng Pangulo sa loob ng kanyang limang taon panunungkulan.

At sa huling taon ng administrasyon nito, hiling ng grupong TUCP- NAGKAISA kay P-Noy na bigyang pansin ang mga manggagawang Pinoy na syang tumulong kay P-Noy upang mapalago ang ekonomiya ng bansa sa panahon ng kanyang pagkapangulo. Sigaw nila, taasan ang sweldo ng mga mangagawang nasa pribado at publikong sector at bigyan ng iba pang benepisyo na makatulong sa kanila.

Naniniwala ang TUCP-NAGKAISA na sa natitirang isang taon ni  P-Noy ay magagawa nyang ipatupad ang unemployment insurance law para sa may 3.4 milyon na minimum wage earners na magbibigay ng katumbas na dalawang buwang sahod sakaling matanggal na ito sa trabaho.

Maaari rin daw na desisyunan ni Aquino na masiguro na ang majority ng mga coconut-farmers ay mapapangasiwaan ng trust fund na aabot sa hanggang P77 billion na coco levy upang makapag-promote ng mga trabaho sa industriya ng pagniniyog.

Hiling din ng grupo kay Aquino na masiguro ang pagkumpleto ng CARP kaugnay sa mga lupain sa ilalim ng kasalukuyang Notice of Coverage, upang matulungan ang mga pobreng magsasaka sa pamamagitan ng angkop na suporta gaya ng mga trainings,  angkop na sistema ng teknolohiya at easy-term credit.
