DISKWENTO CARAVAN, AYUDA NG DTI SA MGA MAMIMILI NGAYONG PASUKAN

KASALUKUYANG ginaganap ang isang araw na Diskuwento Caravan sa harapan ng Quezon City Hall ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na umaabot sa isang daang beses sa loob ng isang taon sa iba’t-ibang piling lugar sa bansa.

Ang Diskuwento Caravan Balik Eskuwela Edition ay ginagawa ngayong araw sa siyam (9) na rehiyon na matatagpuan sa Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City; Baguio Convention Center; Bagsakan Center, Agoo, La Union; St. Peter Metropolitan Cathedral Grounds, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan; Balanga Plaza, Balanga City, Bataan; Romblon, Romblon; Plaza Pershing, Zamboanga City; Iligan City; at Wing-on Quick Mart Parking Lot, Langihan Butuan City

Ang DTI Balik Eskuwela Edition ay taunang ginagawa ng kanilang ahensya bago magsimula ang pasukan ng mga estudyante mula buwan ng Mayo hanggang unang kalahating bahagi ng buwan ng Hunyo, sa layunin nitong makatulong sa mga mamimili lalo na sa panahon ng pasukan ng mga mag-aaral na makamura mula sampu hanggang limampung porsiyento nang halaga kumpara sa pangunahing pamilihan tulad ng divisoria ng mga bilihing gamit pang-eskuwela, yuniporme at bag gayundin ng pangunahing pagkain tulad ng bigas, gulay, gatas, de latang karne, mga panangkap, pandesal at loaf bread.

Pasasalamat naman ang ipinaaabot ng DTI sa mga ‘manufacturer’ at ‘supplier’ na tumulong upang maisakatuparan ang proyektong ito.

Kaalinsabay din nito ang mga mabilisang serbisyong puwedeng ibigay ng iba’t ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan tulad ng NBI, SSS, BIR, at NSO na dinadala sa ‘caravan’ sa pag-register ng ‘individual’ o ‘employee numbers’ gayundin sa TESDA na may libreng masahe at gupit.

Magpapatuloy pa rin ang Diskuwento Caravan sa iba’t-ibang panig sa bansa sa magkakaibang petsa sa buong buwan ng Mayo. Cathy Cruz
