SPED CENTER SA BAWAT DISTRITO IMINUNGKAHI SA QC

Dapat magkaroon ng kahit tig-isang Special Education Center (SPED) ang bawat distrito sa Quezon City para sa mga batang may special needs.

Hinikayat ni Konsehala Aly Medalla ng 2nd district ng QC si Mayor Herbert Bautista na maglagay ng mga District SPED centers upang mapangalagaan ang karapatan ng mga children with special needs sa pagkakaroon ng de kalidad na edukayson.

Ayon kay Medalla, ang paglalagay ng SPED centers sa bawat distrito, lalo na sa mga lugar na wala nito ay makakatulong sa mga magulang  na makatipid sa gastos sa pagpapaaral ng bata sa special schools.

Kailangan din aniya na maglaan ang pamahalaan ng suporta at tulong sa bawat bata na may special needs.

Ang mga SPED Centers, dagdag ng konsehal, ay magsisilbi ring lugar para madibelop ang abilidad, talento, interes, at lahat ng aspeto sa kanilang paglaki upang maging mas responsable sa kanilang paglaki at maging epektong kabahagi sa pagsusulong ng bansa.

Naniniwala ang konsehala na ang paglalagay ng mga SPED centers ay makapagbibigay ng positibong pananaw sa publiko ukol sa mga batang may disability. Divine/ Maureen Quiñones, PAISO
