FBG to hold service training towards success

 

Training is the key to competitiveness and staying competitive is the key to sustainability.

 

The Fraternal Benefits Group (FBG) of the Knights of Columbus Fraternal Association of the Philippines, Inc. (KCFAPI) will hold a two-day fraternal service training for fraternal counselors of Luzon from 19-20 July 2011 at the KCFAPI Social hall in Intramuros, Manila.

 

The participants for the monthly training will come from Bicol, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Metro Manila, Cagayan, North-Western Luzon, Southern Luzon, and South-Western Luzon.

 

This training will provide an opportunity and broad structure for the organization. It also helps the participants in attaining their personal growth.

 

Fraternal Benefits Services Manager Gari San Sebastian and VP for Fraternal Benefits Group Joseph P. Teodoro will tackle about the sales process; relevance of KCFAPI to the order of KoC; and some opportunities that could be taken. Jemwell Santillan will facilitate and talks about the KCFAPI plans and programs.

 

Benefit Certificate Holders’ Relations Manager Edwin B. Dawal and Underwriting Department Manager Carmelita Ruiz will discuss the functions of their good office; while KCFAPI President Guillermo N. Hernandez and KCFAPI Executive Vice President Ma. Theresa G. Curia, will also deliver their inspirational messages.

Moreover, the FBG will familiarize the fraternal counselors with the Order of the Knights of Columbus and history of the insurance arm of the Order. Yen Ocampo
