Emirates Launches Free Coach Service for Economy Passengers Traveling to and from Clark International Airpor

Emirates has rolled out a complimentary coach service starting today for Economy Class passengers flying to and from Clark International Airport (CRK), offering a more convenient travel option for those coming from or heading to Metro Manila.

The newly launched shuttle route connects Trinoma in Quezon City with Clark International Airport in Pampanga, streamlining ground transportation for travelers and addressing one of the biggest pain points for those based in the capital who fly from CRK.

Passengers with valid Economy Class tickets issued by Emirates (ticket number beginning with 176) are eligible to avail of the service. To use the coach, travelers must confirm their reservation at least 48 hours prior to departure, as walk-ins or those without a valid Emirates ticket will not be allowed to board.

The designated pick-up and drop-off points for the service are located at the New Genesis P2P Trinoma Bus Terminal (code: TRP) and Clark International Airport (CRK). Travelers booking their flights online via emirates.com should select Trinoma (TRP) as their departure or arrival city to ensure the shuttle is included in their itinerary. Passengers booking through a travel agent or Emirates office should request for the bus segment to be added before ticket issuance.

This initiative underscores Emirates’ continued commitment to enhancing travel experiences and accessibility for its Filipino passengers, particularly those in Metro Manila and surrounding provinces who often face logistical challenges flying out of Clark.

“Through this service, we aim to make flying more seamless and stress-free,” the airline stated, noting that the coach service is part of a broader effort to support Filipino travelers with reliable connections and improved airport access.

Emirates, which began operations in the Philippines in 1990, currently offers 28 weekly flights from Manila, Cebu, and Clark, with over 22,700 weekly seats available between the Philippines and Dubai. The airline connects passengers to more than 140 global destinations.

Earlier this year, Emirates signed a cooperation agreement with the Philippine Department of Tourism to boost inbound tourism and a Memorandum of Understanding with Philippine Airlines to explore expanded cooperation across passenger and cargo services.
