NHA pabibilisin ang disposisyon ng pabahay, naglabas ng alituntunin

Nilagdaan kamakailan lang ni National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai ang isang amendment na magpapabilis sa pagproseso, legalisasyon, at paggawad ng natitirang unawarded lots o units sa iba’t ibang proyektong pabahay ng NHA sa bansa.

Sa ilalim ng Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2023-086 na nag-amyenda sa MC No. 2018-008 o kilala bilang “Updated Guidelines on the Disposition of Unawarded Occupied Residential Lots/Units in NHA Projects”, ang panahon para sa pagbibigay ng Notice to Apply at aktwal na aplikasyon ng mga benepisyaryo para sa mga naturang lots/units ay pinalawak hanggang katapusan ng Disyembre 2025 upang sila ay mabigyan ng sapat na panahon.

Ang pagpapabilis ng disposisyon ng mga pabahay ay alinsunod sa panawagan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno na ipatupad ang pagbibigay ng mga serbisyo nito sa mga pamilyang Pilipinong nangangailangan ng tulong, patungo sa katuparan ng kanyang layunin na Bagong Pilipinas.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang NHA ay mayroong mga proyektong pabahay sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni GM Tai tulad ng: Programang Pabahay para sa pamilyang naninirahan sa mga lugar na mapanganib, apektado ng Supreme Court Mandamus na linisin ang kahabaan ng Manila Bay; pamilyang apektado ng mga imprastrakturang proyekto ng gobyerno; mga kapatid na katutubo, mga nagbalik-loob sa gobyerno, kawani ng gobyerno, at mga overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). Kabilang din ang pagbibigay ng bahay at ayuda sa mga nasalanta ng kalamidad, pabahay para sa mga pamilya ng mga sugatan o namatay na sundalo at pulis, tulong relokasyon at tahanan para sa mga lokal na pamahalaan at settlements upgrading.#
