Dayalogo kasama ang transport group women leaders

Pinangunahan ni Undersecretary Benjo Santos M. Benavidez (itaas na larawan, pangalawa mula sa kaliwa), ang mga opisyal mula sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) kasama sina Assistant Secretary Dominique Rubia-Tutay (dulong kanan), at Bureau of Working Conditions Director Alvin B. Curada (pangalawa mula sa kaliwa), sa pakikipagpulong sa Busina transport group (ibabang larawan) hinggil sa mga usapin sa paggawa at trabaho sa gitna ng transisyon sa Public Transport Modernization Program sa DOLE Central Office, noong ika-5 ng Marso 2024.

Inihain ng transport group, na binubuo ng mga miyembro mula sa iba’t ibang route operator sa Metro Manila, ang mga kasalukuyang isyu sa paggawa at trabaho at mga pagsubok na nararanasan ng mga transport cooperative, gayundin ang mga alalahanin na may kinalaman sa paggawa sa gitna ng pinatutupad na modernisasyon ng pampublikong transportasyon.

Bilang tugon, nag-alok ang Kagawaran sa transport group ng libreng pagsasanay sa mga usapin sa paggawa at trabaho, partikular sa pagbubuo ng kani-kanilang proseso at patakaran sa pagtatrabaho. Ginabayan din ng DOLE ang grupo sa pag-aayos ng mga isyu sa pagkukuwenta at pagbabayad ng sahod, benepisyo at mga patakaran sa paggawa.#
