Manila Water App now available to iOs users

Manila Water announces that their customers can now download Manila Water App both via iOs and Android smartphones to access their bills and pay online anytime anywhere.

Manila Water Corporate Communication Affairs Group Head Jeric Sevilla Jr. urges  customers in the East Zone of Metro Manila and the province of Rizal to take advantage and use the company’s latest mobile application – Manila Water App – to see their current bills and outstanding balances as well as pay their bills online instead of visiting other payment centers.

“Our customers’ safety remains as one of our top priorities given that COVID cases continue to be on the rise. We encourage them to do online transactions and make use of our Manila Water App. The one-stop-shop application is now downloadable on  Android and iOs smartphones or thru Manila Water’s website https://www.manilawater.com/customer/manila-water-app.

How to download Manila Water App?
On your compatible Android and iOs phone or tablet, open the built-in camera app.
Point the camera at the QR code.
Tap the banner that appears on your Android, iOs phone or tablet.
Follow the instructions on the screen to finish signing in.

Sevilla said aside from accessing and paying their bills at their convenience, customers can also easily lodge their concerns through the new mobile application without having to call the company’s Consumer Desk Hotline 1627 or visiting the business offices. The company assured that all Android and iOs users can download the app and can perform all key Manila Water transactions as well as provide notifications on service advisories, news and updates.

“The creation of the Manila Water App is part of our efforts to upgrade and improve our services to keep pace with the current times. With its convenience and ease of access and use, having this app on your iOs and Android phone is like having your personal Manila Water partner at your fingertips,” Sevilla said. #(MWC Corporate Communications)
