In the shadow of the world-renowned perfect cone of Mount Mayon, a different kind of brotherhood is preparing to take flight. The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. (TFOE-PE), the nation’s first Philippine-born fraternal socio-civic organization, is set to hold its 46th National Assembly, 1st Regular Session on March 20-21, 2026, at the Proxy by Oriental Albay in Legazpi Port District.
Proudly hosted by the unified Bicol-Wide Regions, this grand gathering carries the powerful theme: “Empowering Each Other, Serving Our Communities, Soaring Together as One!” It marks a significant homecoming of the organization’s national spirit to the scenic and resilient landscapes of Bicol.
A Legacy of Brotherhood and Service
Founded on the enduring principles of “Service through Strong Brotherhood,” the TFOE-PE has woven a nationwide network of members—affectionately called Kuya and Ate—dedicated to civic duty and mutual support. The National Assembly serves as the heartbeat of the order, where policies are shaped, camaraderie is renewed, and the mission of service is reinvigorated.
“This assembly is more than a meeting; it is a reaffirmation of our vows to brotherhood and to our communities,” says Eagle Kuya Gov. Pocholo Carpio, the Event Chairman for the historic gathering. “Hosting it in Bicol, a region famed for its natural beauty and unwavering spirit, perfectly mirrors our own values of strength and resilience.”
