The City Board of Canvassers (CBOC) officially proclaimed Joy Belmonte and Gian Sotto as the duly elected Mayor and Vice Mayor of Quezon City, following the completion of vote canvassing in the recent local elections.
The proclamation was led by CBOC Chairperson Atty. Lope T. Gayo Jr., Vice Chairperson C.P. Vimar R. Barcellano, and Member Secretary Carleen Sedilla. Alongside Mayor Belmonte and Vice Mayor Sotto, the newly elected district representatives and city councilors from all six districts were formally declared.
