Tingog, Ako Bicol Top Final 2025 Pre-Election Party-List Survey as Newcomers Gain Momentum

In the final stretch before the 2025 national elections, the latest and last Party-List Preferential Survey by market research firm Tangere reveals a dynamic political landscape in the House of Representatives. Five party-lists are projected to secure at least two congressional seats, led by Tingog Party-List and Ako Bicol, both enjoying strong voter preference.

Tingog tops the list with 5.83% of voter support, followed closely by Ako Bicol with 5.50%. Also expected to win multiple seats are ACT-CIS (5.00%), 4PS (4.88%), and Duterte Youth (4.83%). These five groups form the core of what could be the most influential bloc in the upcoming 19th Congress.

Tangere’s survey, conducted from April 30 to May 3, 2025, sampled 2,400 respondents nationwide using a mobile-based app and stratified random sampling. The data has a ±1.96% margin of error at a 95% confidence level, with geographic representation balanced across the country’s major regions.

Surge of New Voices
Notably, 42 party-lists are on track to earn at least one seat, signaling an increasingly diverse and competitive House. Among the most prominent newcomers is FPJ Panday Bayanihan (FPJPB), ranked 6th overall with 3.88% voter preference—a strong showing for a first-time contender.

Other rising new entrants include:

Ang Bumbero ng Pilipinas (ABP) – 8th overall with 2.96%. The party-list recently gained media attention following the shooting of its third nominee, Leninsky Bacud.

United Senior Citizens Party-List – 11th overall with 2.29%.

Tulfo para sa Turismo (Turismo) – 17th with 1.83%.

Abante Bisdak Party-List – 18th with 1.75%.

Pamilya Ko Party-List – 19th with 1.71%.

Their emergence reflects an electorate that is increasingly open to fresh perspectives and issue-specific representation.

Veteran Players Still Strong
Despite the buzz surrounding new contenders, veteran party-lists continue to command substantial voter loyalty. Among incumbents, Alona ranked 7th with 3.00%, followed by Agimat (9th; 2.88%) and 1Pacman (10th; 2.88%). Their sustained performance indicates a blend of experience and established networks still resonate with voters.
