NHA Distributes Certificates of Allocation to 10 Families at ‘LAB FOR ALL’ in Navotas

The National Housing Authority (NHA) awarded Certificates of Unit Allocation (CUAs) to 10 Navoteño families during the 40th LAB FOR ALL Caravan held at the Navotas City Sports Complex.

NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, together with NCR-North Sector Office Regional Manager Engr. Jovita G. Panopio, led the distribution of CUAs to the beneficiaries.

Of the 10 families, six currently reside along the Malabon-Navotas River in Brgy. San Jose, while the remaining four live along the Manila Bay coastline in Brgy. Sipac-Almacen. These families are among the hundreds set to relocate to Navotaas Homes 3 in Brgy. NBBS, Kaunlaran, Navotas City.

To assist the public, NHA also set up a booth to address inquiries about its housing programs and services.

LAB FOR ALL: Bringing Healthcare Closer to Filipinos
An initiative spearheaded by First Lady Marie Louise Araneta-Marcos, LAB FOR ALL aims to provide essential healthcare services, including free laboratory tests, medical check-ups, dental services, and medication, in support of RA 11223 or the Universal Healthcare Act.

In her speech, the First Lady emphasized the program’s significance in fulfilling one of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s commitments to the Filipino people.

“In my husband’s last SONA, he said, ‘We should bring healthcare services closer to the people and not the other way around.’ That is why we are here—to fulfill his promise,” she stated, adding, “Together, we will rise again for a New Philippines.”

Government Agencies and Officials in Attendance
The event was attended by Navotas Mayor John Rey Tiangco, Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Chief Persida Rueda-Acosta, city council members, and other local and national government officials.

Various government agencies also participated, including:
✅ Department of Health (DOH)
✅ Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
✅ Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
✅ Department of Agriculture (DA)
✅ Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
✅ Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)
✅ PhilHealth
✅ Public Attorney’s Office (PAO)
✅ Land Transportation Office (LTO)
✅ Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
✅ Pag-IBIG Fund
✅ Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
✅ Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)
✅ Senate Public Assistance Office (SPAO)
✅ Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)

Additionally, private sector partners contributed to the success of the event.

The LAB FOR ALL Caravan continues to bring vital healthcare and social services directly to Filipino communities, ensuring a healthier and more secure future for all.#
