NHA Conducts First Housing Caravan for 2025

The National Housing Authority (NHA) launched its first Housing Caravan for 2025 at Dorothea Homes 1, Brgy. Halang, Naic, Cavite. This initiative aims to strengthen engagement with NHA beneficiaries and provide an opportunity to address their concerns and inquiries regarding housing.

The event was attended by over 500 beneficiaries and was led by NHA Assistant General Manager Alvin S. Feliciano under the guidance of NHA General Manager Joeben Tai. Attendees used the forum as an opportunity to ask about their housing concerns, particularly regarding amortization.

Residents from Dorothea Homes 1 & 2, Harbour Homes, Brgy. Calubcob Parkstone Estate, and Naic View also raised their questions, which were addressed by the technical unit, community support services, finance services, and estate management of the NHA Cavite District Office.

AGM Feliciano was joined in the program by Engr. Emma Monica R. Anacan, Officer-in-Charge of the Cavite District Office.

Previously, the agency conducted two Housing Caravans attended by over 1,500 beneficiaries in Baras, Rizal, and Cabuyao, Laguna.

Meanwhile, a total of 109 families affected by fire incidents in Davao City, Davao Oriental, Davao de Oro, and Pasay City received assistance under the NHA’s Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP). This program provides financial aid to families affected by disasters to help them restart and rebuild their homes.#
