This December, guests and visitors are in for a treat as La Mesa Ecopark launches its Christmas celebration “Bring Back the Spark in La Mesa Ecopark”.

To bring in the holiday cheer, Manila Water Foundation recently hosted a Christmas Tree Lighting event at the La Mesa Ecopark. A Christmas tree made from fallen forest trees and bamboo were repurposed and decorated to delight all visitors and invite them to take selfies and group photos.

For the whole month of December, LME has also extended its operating hours, now from 6:00AM to 6:00PM, Tuesday-Sunday. The park will also open a Christmas Bazaar on December 15 until December 22 where guests can have a chance to shop for sustainable gift ideas and food to share for the holiday season. Guests can also attend the Simbang Gabi or Misa De Gallo in the La Mesa Ecopark at 6:00AM from December 16-22.

From December 15-22, guests are also not required to register online to visit the La Mesa Ecopark. Guests can proceed to the park and settle the standard entrance fee (free for Quezon City Citizens, and 20 pesos for non-QC residents) and enjoy the festivities. The management will only allow 1,000 individuals inside the park at a time to ensure efficient park services and protection of the biodiversity inside LME. For other inquiries or partnership opportunities, guests can send a message at lamesaecopark@manilawater.com.

With these exciting new offerings and activities, make the La Mesa Ecopark a destination of choice to enjoy eco-friendly holidays with family, friends and loved ones.#
