NHA sisimulan nang ipatayo ang Progreso Village sa Valenzuela para sa 1,530 benepisyaryo

Pinangunahan ni National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai ang groundbreaking para sa ipapatayong Progreso Village sa Brgy. Marulas, Lungsod ng Valenzuela, noong Oktubre 29, 2024.

Ang bagong proyektong pabahay na ito ay isang medium-rise building na bubuuin ng siyam na gusali na may 11 palapag bawat isa. Ito ang magiging bagong komunidad ng 1,530 kwalipikadong benepisyaryo kapag natapos. Magkakaroon din ng commercial space ang mga ground floor ng bawat gusali.

Kasama sa mga pasilidad ng housing site ang mga parking space, mga ilaw sa kalye, sewage treatment plant, guard house, konkretong bakod, at central park.

Sa kanyang mensahe, ibinahagi ni GM Tai na ang proyektong ito ay isang makabuluhang hakbang tungo sa pagbibigay ng abot-kayang pabahay sa pamamagitan ng Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program ng pamahalaan, isa sa mga pangunahing programa ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

“Gaya ng pangalan nito, makakaasa kayo na ang Progreso Village ay maituturing na progresibo. Sinisiguro po namin na ang bawat proyektong pabahay ng NHA ay matibay, ligtas, komportable at may kasamang iba’t ibang pasilidad,” saad ni GM Tai, kung saan binigyang-diin din niya ang pangako ng NHA sa pagpapabuti ng pamumuhay ng mga benepisyaryo nito.

Kasama ni GM Tai sa seremonya sina Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Undersecretary Garry de Guzman, na kumatawan kay Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar; Valenzuela City Mayor Weslie Gatchalian; Vice Mayor Lorena Natividad Borja; at NHA North Sector Office.#
