NHA tumulong sa 219 benepisyaryo ng Housing Caravan: Asensong Ramdam sa Bulacan, naggawad ng pabahay 75 pamilyang apektado ng lindol sa Cotabato

Sinuportahan ng National Housing Authority (NHA) ang House Committee on Housing and Urban Development sa “Housing Caravan: Asensong Ramdam” na ginanap kamakailan sa Covered Court Phase 2, San Jose del Monte Heights, Brgy. Muzon East, lungsod ng San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Sa patnubay ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, pinangunahan ni Assistant General Manager Alvin S. Feliciano ang delegasyon ng ahensya sa programa. May kabuuang 219 na pamilya ng benepisyaryo mula sa NHA housing projects Towerville Phase 6 at San Jose del Monte Heights ang nakinabang sa caravan.

Ang mga isyu na may kaugnayan sa estate management, panukalang programa sa kondonasyon, pagbabayad ng amortisasyon, pagpaparehistro ng asosasyon at eleksyon ng mga lider, at kakulangan ng suplay ng tubig ang tinugunan ng agarang aksyon at solusyon ng NHA.

“Ang NHA ay handa tugunan ang mga pangangailangan ninyo. Handa kami na mag meet halfway sa inyo para maresolba ang mga problema ukol sa bill, delinquency interests, demand notices at iba pa,” ani NHA AGM Feliciano.

Isang inisyatiba ng Committee on Housing and Urban Development na pinamumunuan ni Rep. Florida P. Robes, at sa koordinasyon ng NHA at ng lokal na pamahalaan ng San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, ang caravan ay naglalayong bigyang kalinawan ang iba’t ibang alalahanin sa pabahay ng mga benepisyaryo.

Samantala, naggawad naman ng pabahay ang NHA sa 75 pamilyang naapektuhan ng lindol noong 2019, sa isang seremonyang ginanap sa Brgy. Libertad, Arakan, Cotabato.

Sa ilalim ng gabay ni NHA General Manager Joeben A. Tai, pinangunahan ni NHA XII Regional Manager Engr. Zenaida M. Cabiles ang pagbabahagi ng pabahay sa mga benepisyaryo ng Tribong Manobo- Tinananon.

Ang mga iginawad na bahay ay bahagi ng 151-unit housing project na nagkakahalaga ng P49,709,500 para sa mga pamilyang biktima ng lindol sa Arakan. Inaasahang matatapos sa susunod na buwan ang mga natitirang unit tulad ng 33 na matatagpuan sa Sitio Lomunday at 43 sa Sitio Mambino, Brgy. Ganatan. Ito ay nasa ilalim ng Housing Assistance Program for Calamity Victims (HAPCV) ng NHA, katuwang ang Office of Civil Defense XII (OCD-XII), ang provincial government ng Cotabato, at ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Arakan.

Sa kanyang mensahe, hinihikayat ni Engr. Cabiles ang mga benepisyaryo na alagaan, pagyamanin, at huwag ibenta ang pabahay na regalo ng gobyerno.

Dumalo rin sa okasyon sina Cotabato Governor Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza, na kinatawan ni Allan Matullano ng Indigenous Peoples Affairs Office, Arakan Mayor Jeam D. Villasor; OCD-XII Regional Director Raylindo Aniñon, mga lokal na opisyal, at mga miyembro ng Arakan People’s Government.#
