Former Ellana COO energizes SMEs to weather business “storm”

A former official of beauty product company Ellana Cosmetics energized entrepreneurs in Metro Manila to help them weather their business “storms” and improve their business trajectory.

Led by former Ellana Cosmetics Chief Operation Officer Jay Buenaflor, business owners converged in Pasig City in July 27 2024 for the inaugural “Ellana Cosmetics Untold: 0 to 9-Figure Journey” seminar.

Buenaflor hopes that the entrepreneurs learned how to get themselves unstuck from their business “storms” and accelerate their growth.

“I hope that through the untold story of Ellana Cosmetics our fellow entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts did not only learn about business growth but also learned how to enjoy the journey and find success in every step. I’m committed to making business fun and helping many more entrepreneurs scale their companies,” he said.

Buenaflor comes from a family of serial entrepreneurs, owning Bicol’s biggest food chain Biggs Diner.

Banking on his 26 years experience of running various businesses, including Ellana Cosmetics, Buenaflor invites business owner to partner with him in transforming businesses who are experiencing their “messy middle to become more fulfilled while having fun.
