MAKATI CITY – The Aice Philippines (Aice) on Wednesday (June 19) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) in connection with its sponsorship of the 2024 Paris Olympics on July 25 this year.

The official MOA signing forged the partnership between Aice Philippines and the POC signaling the stronger collaboration between the two.

Aice Philippines Brand Manager Shereene Yu De Leon and Philippine Olympic Committee President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino signed the Memorandum of Agreement for the sponsorship of the 2024 Paris Olympics in Paris, France on July 25, 2024.

The Aice will be the official ice cream of the Philippine Team to the 2024 Paris Olympics in Paris, France, which will be held on July 25, 2024 and for the next succeeding two weeks.

Aice was also the official ice cream of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Among others, Aice products are world-class quality and affordable ice cream such as Mochi and Messi’s Choice Chocolate Crispy.

On July 5, 2022, Aice Philippines signed a contract with Aboitiz Capital.

On June 7, 2024, Aice Philippines had a meeting with the Philippine Olympians for the “one day shoot”.

In a press conference at the Discovery Primea, POC President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino thanked Aice Philippines as one of the official partners of the POC for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Tolentino noted that Aice, which is based in Singapore, is the official partner of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), specifically during the 2024 Paris Olympics.

He said that they are bound abroad for the first training camp for the entire Philippine team for the 2024 Olympics and they are very thankful for the partnership with the Aice Philippines.

“At the peak of summer in Paris, Aice ice cream products are very much needed. Thank you and Mabuhay to Aice,” Tolentino said.

Aice Philippines Brand Manager Shereene Yu De Leon said “today is a significant milestone for Aice Philippines as it is a beginning of exciting partnership between Aice and the POC.”

“Since its establishment, Aice has adhered to a good life. Our success is a testament to quality and innovation for the Filipinos,” De Leon said.

“Aice will join hands with the POC to support the Filipino athletes reflecting shared values of honor and pride and to bring joy and happiness,” she added.

De Leon stressed “Aice has more than 2,000 employees, more than 2 million consumers, improving diet to its consumers and improving platform to its employees and contributes positively to the Filipino athletes.”

“We believe that this cooperation will inspire enthusiasm with the Filipino athletes,” she said.

“Aice will continue to engage with the POC during the course of the 2024 Paris Olympics supporting the Philippine Sports delegation to the Olympics,” De Leon added.

The Aice executive stressed “the partnership between the Aice and the POC signifies the continuous collaboration that would inspire the Filipino athletes and the Filipino people as a whole.”

The MOA between Aice Philippines and the POC was signed by De Leon and Tolentino, respectively and witnessed by POC Secretary General Atty. Wharton Chan.#
