UFCC asks PBBM to lower prices of rice, water, power rates

QUEZON CITY — The United Filipino Consumers and Commuters (UFCC) on Wednesday (June 12) asked President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. to lower the prices of rice as well as water and electricity rates.

Perfecto T. Raymundo Jr., Journalist Banat News, The Philippine Star, Manila Bulletin, Philippines News Agency, Philippine Canadian Inquirer, PTV (Philippines), Palawan News, HTDS Content Services

They all strongly shouted “Gutom na Pilipino.

The WARM or Water for All Movement Refund Movement also joined the protest action in Welcome Rotonda.

The UFCC-WARM led by RJ Javellana braved the scorching heat at the Mabuhay Rotonda in Quezon City and asked PBBM to lower the price of rice, and water and power rates.

“8 EDCA (Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement) 8 Bomba atomika ang dudurog sa Pilipinas,” he said.
“Under the 1987 Constitution, the Philippines renounces war..

UFCC leader stressed.#
