PBBM, GM Tai naggawad ng mga bagong pabahay sa Bataan

Personal na ginawaran ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr., at National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai ng Certificates of Award ang 216 na pamilya sa ginanap na ceremonial turnover ng mga pabahay sa NHA-Balanga City Low-Rise Housing Project, Balanga City, Bataan, ngayong ika-9 ng Abril 2024.

Bilang pakikiisa sa kampanyang Bagong Pilipinas ng administrasyong Marcos Jr., patuloy ang bawat benepisyaryo ng NHA-Balanga City Low-Rise Housing Project ay nakatanggap ng 27 sqm. housing unit na may 2 kwarto, kusina, banyo, na may linya ng tubig at kuryente. Ang anim na gusaling condominium-type ng nasabing proyekto ay matatagpuan sa Brgy. Tenejero, Balanga City at ipinatupad sa ilalim ng Housing Program for Informal Settler Families (ISFs) Living Along Danger Areas o para sa mga pamilyang nakatira sa tabi ng ilog, ilalim ng tulay at estero. Ang mga nasabing benepisyaryo ay inilikas mula sa Talisay River, na isang delikadong lugar.

Bilang tugon ng NHA sa hangarin ng build better more housing program, ang NHA-Balanga City Low-Rise Housing Project ay may nakahanda ng mga pampublikong pasilidad katulad ng apat na palapag na paaralan na binubuo ng 20 silid-aralan, multi-purpose building at covered basketball court. Upang masiguro na malapit sa mga benepisyaryo ng pabahay ang mga pangunahing pangangailangan nila, isang Community Center Building din ang itinayo sa loob ng proyektong pabahay na siyang kinalulugaran ng Health Center, Daycare Center at Barangay Learning Hub, at tanggapan ng Homeowners’ Association (HOA) at satellite offices ng lokal na pamahalaan.

Ang pagsasakatuparan ng NHA-Balanga City Low-Rise Housing Project ay produkto ng patuloy na pagtutulungan sa pagitan ng NHA, nina Balanga City Mayor Francis Anthony S. Garcia, Bataan 2nd District Representative Albert Raymond S. Garcia, at ni Bataan Governor Jose Enrique S. Garcia III, na naging saksi sa naturang aktibidad.

Sa mensahe ni Pangulong Marcos, Jr., binigyang diin niya ang kahalagahaan ng NHA Balanga City Low-Rise Housing Project at ang marami pang pabahay na hangarin ng administrasyon.

“Ang NHA Balanga City Low-Rise Housing Project ay bahagi ng ating patuloy na pagsisikap upang bigyan ng maayos na tahanan ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino. Sa pangunguna ng DHSUD Secretary Jerry Acuzar at ng GM ng NHA, Joeben Tai, tiyak naman ako na makakamit natin ang mga layunin natin. Marami pa tayong ipapatayong bahay kaya inaasahan ko ang inyong patuloy na suporta at pagsisikap.”

Samantala, dumalo rin sa okasyon sina Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar, Bataan 1st District Representative Geraldin B. Roman, Bataan Vice-Governor Ma. Cristina M. Garcia, NHA Assistant General Manager Alvin S. Feliciano at mga lokal na opisyal.

Sa pamumuno ni GM Tai, ang NHA ay patuloy sa paggagawad ng mga pabahay para sa mga nararapat na mga ISFs sa buong bansa. Ang mga relokasyon ng gobyerno ay tiniyak na ligtas, matitibay at abot-kaya.#
