Ang SPLIT team ay nagdodokumento ng 200 ektarya sa loob ng 18 araw

Isang field validation team (FVT) sa ilalim ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) project ang nagpakita ng kahusayan sa kanilang pagganap sa trabaho sa lalawigan ng Leyte sa pamamagitan ng pagdodokumento ng 200 ektarya sa loob lamang ng 18 araw.

Kinapanayam ng mga miyembro ng Field Validation Team (FVT) ang mga agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) sa Leyte bilang paghahanda sa pag-iisyu ng indibidwal na Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) sa ilalim ng Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project ng Departamento ng Agrarian Reform (DAR). Sinabi ni Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II), Atty. Si Daniel Pen, na kasabay nito ay Provincial Project Manager ng SPLIT project sa Leyte, ay bumati sa FVT na pinangasiwaan ni Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer (MARPO) Romualdo Manuta para sa pagsasakatuparan at pagdokumento ng 200 ektarya ng mga target na landholdings mula Enero 22 hanggang Pebrero 10 ngayong taon.

Ang FVT na pinamumunuan ng abogadong si May Delos Reyes, kasama ang mga miyembrong sina Ianly Lampayan, Aerose Cobacha, Arnel Comique, at AJ Avorque, ay matagumpay na naidokumento ang kanilang mga target sa rekord ng oras.

Itinuro ng PARPO Pen ang kanilang mahusay na pagganap sa tatlong salik. Ayon sa kanya, ang koponan ay nagsagawa ng higit na pagsisikap sa mga aktibidad sa dokumentasyon, mayroon na silang teknikal na kagamitan at kaalaman sa kanilang mga gawain, at mahusay na pagtutulungan ng magkakasama.

Ang koponan ay may tungkulin sa dokumentasyon ng mga landholdings na sakop ng isang collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), na inisyu kanina ng DAR, bilang paghahanda para sa pagpapalabas ng isang indibidwal na titulo sa ilalim ng World Bank-funded SPLIT project.

Ipinaliwanag ng PARPO Pen na kabilang sa mga benepisyo ng SPLIT project ay protektahan ang land tenure at palakasin ang property rights ng ARBs sa kanilang mga iginawad na lote.#
