PBBM, GM Tai namahagi at nag-ground breaking ng pabahay ng NHA sa Cavite

Sinimulan nina Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. at National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai ang taong 2024 sa paggawad ng pabahay at groundbreak ng isang panibagong proyekto ng NHA sa lalawigan ng Cavite noong ika-12 ng Enero 2024.

Ang anim (6) na gusali ng Ciudad Kaunlaran Phase I, Brgy. Molino II, Bacoor City, Cavite ay ready-for-occupancy na para sa 360 pamilyang apektado ng Supreme Court Mandamus to Clean-Up the Manila Bay Area.

Sa kasalukuyan ay sumasailalim parin sa konstruksyon ang Phase I para makumpleto ang kabuuang siyam (9) na limang-palapag na gusali na binubuo ng 540 housing units, na may sukat na 24 sqm. bawat yunit.

Ang groundbreaking ng Ciudad Kaunlaran Phase II ay para sa konstruksyon ng dalawang (2) tig-limang palapag na gusali na binubuo ng 120 housing units. Habang, isang karagdagang limang-palapag na gusali rin ang nakatakdang itayo sa lalong madaling panahon na bubuo ng 60 pang units sa parehong lokasyon.

Ang Ciudad Kaunlaran ay resulta ng matagumpay na pagtutulungan ng NHA, Bacoor Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Cavite 2nd District Representative Lani Mercado-Revilla, at Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. na nakatuon sa pagkamit ng layunin ni Pangulong Marcos, Jr. na isang Bagong Pilipinas.

Dumalo rin sa naturang okasyon sina Senator Cynthia A. Villar, Mark A. Villar at Francis N. Tolentino; Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar; mga Cavite Representative Aniela Bianca Tolentino, Crispin Diego Remulla, Adrian Jay Advincula; Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla; at NHA Assistant General Manager Alvin S. Feliciano. Kasama rin sa okasyon ang mga opisyal ng lokal na pamahalaan at iba pang mga stakeholders.#
