NHA NAGBIGAY NG P10.95M CASH AID SA BATANES LGU PARA SA MGA BIKTIMA NG TYPHOON KIKO

Nagbigay ng kabuuang P10.95M cash aid sa Batanes LGU para sa 907 pamilyang biktima ng Bagyong Kiko noong Disyembre 22, 2022 ang National Housing Authority (NHA) sa pamamagitan ng Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP).

Personal na iniabot ni NHA Officer-in-Charge Roderick T. Ibanez, sa ngalan ni General Manager Joeben Tai, ang cash grant kay Batanes Provincial Planning and Development coordinator Marissa Antonio.

Ayon kay Antonio, 75 porsiyento ng mga pamilya sa Batanes, na gawa sa light materials ang mga bahay, ay naapektuhan ng Bagyong Kiko. Ang tulong na pera, aniya, ay malaking tulong sa mga pamilya sa muling pagtatayo ng kanilang mga tahanan.

Kasama ni OIC Ibañez sa turnover ceremony si NHA Region 2/CAR 2 Manager Engr. Ferdinand C. Sales. Sa pamamagitan ng EHAP ng NHA, ang ahensya ay naglalabas ng tulong na pera sa mga pamilya na ang mga bahay ay nawasak o nasira ng gawa ng tao o natural na mga kalamidad tulad ng lindol, bagyo, flash flood, at sunog.

Sa pamumuno ni GM Tai, patuloy na makikipagtulungan ang NHA sa mga pamahalaang panlalawigan at lokal para tulungan ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng mga kalamidad at natural na sakuna at ibibigay ang mandato nito na Magtayo ng Better and More (BBM) na pabahay para sa mamamayang Pilipino.#
