PALITAN NA! Yan ang panawagan ng mga empleyado ng Bureau of Broadcast Services kay Pangulong Duterte particular kay Communications Secretary Martin Andanar.

Ayon sa ayaw magpakilalang kawani ng Philippine Broadcasting Service ay panahon na umano palitan ang mga kasalukuyang nakapuwesto mula posisyon ng Director, Deputy Director, Engineering, Personnel, Administrative at Procurement Chief lalo na mga Station Manager na pawang sangkot umano sa katiwalian gamit ang pasilidad at airtime ng iba’t ibang himpilan ng radyo tulad ng Radyo ng Bayan at DZRM.

Katibayan umano nito ang kasong kasalukuyang nakasampa sa Korte at Ombudsman ng kasong kriminal at administratibo dahil sa pagbulsa ng bayad ng mga blocktimer o independent program producer kasama rin ang nakasanayan nang “verbal agreement” at one-stop-shop transaction. Hiwalay pa dito ang pagbibigay ng tatlong posisyon sa iisang tao sa iisang pagkakataon at paggamit ng posisyon upang sikilin ang karapatan na ma-promote ang mga kawaning hindi nila kaalyado o kasapakat sa korapsyon.

Ayon sa ilang kasapi ng PBS Employees Association kailangang palitan na ang lahat ng namumuno sa kanilang bureau upang tuloy-tuloy na maisakatuparan ni Andanar ang pagpapaganda ng pasilidad at serbisyo ng nag-iisang himpilan ng radyo ng gobyerno sa publiko.

Anila, kung dadaan sa proseso at maipapasok ang kinikita ng bureau mula sa “airtime fees” magagamit ito o paindadagdag sa pondo ng bureau sa halip na sa bulsa ng mga sindikato na pawang opisyal ng Bureau of Broadcast Services. # (Mariposa Tutanes)
