Manila Water inks MOA with Security Bank on bills payment

East Zone water and used water concessionaire Manila Water recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Security Bank to make it easier for East Zone customers to pay their water bills.

The MOA now allows Manila Water customers to settle their bills over-the-counter through any Security Bank branch or through the bank’s automated teller machines (ATMs) and Online Banking Facility.

Mariza Arcilla, Security Bank Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking Group said, “Beyond the convenience that this bills payment facility provides to Manila Water, we believe that even more important is the convenience and flexibility that this service affords to every Manila Water customer. As we value the time of our customers, this new facility is a welcome development especially when we all wish we have more time in our hands to accomplish endless tasks within the seemingly limited hours in the day and with the ever-increasing congestion of our roads,” Arcilla said.

The new bills payment arrangement also allows customers to pay in cash, local check or via an auto-debit scheme in their Security Bank account in any Security Bank branch nationwide.
