WANTED CHINESE NATIONAL ARRESTED BY PDEA, PNP IN MAKATI

A 47-year-old Chinese national who is wanted for possession of illegal drugs, was arrested by combined operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) during the implementation of a warrant of arrest in Makati City.

PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo G. Cacdac, Jr. identified the suspect as Jacky Sia Huang, with aliases Tsoi/Huang Jin Nan, married, a resident of Units 2201 and 2604, Antel Platinum, Tower Condominium Association, Inc. (APTCAI), No. 154 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

On November 5, 2015 at around 11:10 in the evening, combined operatives of PDEA Special Enforcement Service (PDEA SES) under Director Ismael G. Fajardo Jr. and Special Operations Unit 3-Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force (SOU3-AIDSOTF) served a warrant of arrest against Huang in his condominium unit in APTCAI, Makati City that led to his arrest.

Huang was charged in his participation in the dismantled warehouse located at Unit 48 Cerulean Street, Sentosia Condominium, Macapagal Avenue, Brgy. Tambo, Parañaque City on February 12, 2014. Confiscated during the search were 27.50 kilograms of shabu and 24 kilograms of ephedrine.

Huang has a pending case for violation of Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Two days ago, Marvin Tan Yap, alias Mr. Tiu, 39, a resident of No. 15, San Carlos Street, Magallanes Village, Makati City, and Unit 3B, Tuscany Garden Villa Condominium, McKinley Hills, Taguig City, was also arrested by the same law enforcement units at the parking lot of Central Square, 30th Street Corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

Yap also has a pending case for violation of RA 9165 because of his alleged participation in the neutralization of a warehouse in Sentosia Condominium, the same facility where Huang was implicated.
