Anim Na Kilong Marijuana Nakumpiska sa Sultan Kudarat

Anim na kilong dahon ng marijuana ang nakumpiska kamakailan lamang mula sa dalawang pinaghihinalaang pusher sa kasagsagan ng isinagawang buy-bust operation ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

Ang ilegal na droga na tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng P150,000 ay natagpuan sa anim na bundle ng dyaryo at plastic bag.

Ayon kay PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo G. Cacdac, Jr.nakumpiska ang marijuana sa dalawang residente ng Purok Venus, Barangay Tuka, Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat, na sina Joey Gose alyas Choy, dalawamput siyam na taong gulang, isang welder at Ian Ardente tatlumput apat na taong gulang sa isang buy-bust operation ng PDEA Regional Office 12 (PDEA RO12) na naganap noonng alas dos ng hapon sa ilalim ni Director Aileen Lovitos na humantong sa pagkaka-aresto ng dalawa matapos nilang ipagbili ang anim na kilo ng dahon ng marijuana sa isang asset ng PDEA kapalit ng marked money.

Sa ngayon ay kinakaharap ni Gose at Ardiente ang violation of sector 5 o pagbebenta ng ipinagbabawal na gamot, kakabit ng Section 26 (Conspiracy to Sell), Article II of Republic Act 9165, or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.  (Edrillan Pasion)
