Pinay Scientists on NSTW

Apat na matatagumpay na scientists at alumni ng Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Science High School (DOST-PSHS) ang magbibigay ng isang career-related talks sa July 27, 2015 sa Outcome 7 Exhibit Area, SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia sa lungsod ng Pasay kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng National Science and Technology Week (NSTW).

Sina Dr. Ma.Corazon de Ungria, Dr. Reinabelle Reyes, Dr. Mary Ann Go at si Ma. Antonia Arroyo ang mga Filipina Scientists ay maghahatid ng kanilang mga natatanging kontribusyon at payo kung paano maging matagumpay sa larangan ng syensya. Sa paksa ng exhibit na “She for We: Highlighting the Role, Life and Achievement of Filipina Scientists in the Local and International Scientific Community”, itatampok ang mga nagawa ng Filipina Scientists sa larangan ng syensya sa bansa at sa buong mundo.

Sa pamamagitan nito, layon na magkaroon ng pagbabago at pagkakapantay-pantay ang mga kababaihan sa mundo ng syensya na kalimitang nado-domina ng mga kalalakihan. Magbibigay din ito ng panaty na oportunidad upang maipakita ang kanilang galing at talino. (Freda Migano)
