QC NOW OFFERS SEMINARS FOR LABOR, MANAGEMENT

Kamakailan lamang ay nagsagawa ng Labor and Management Education Seminar (LMES) ang Quezon City’s Public Employment Service Office (PESO) para sa business establishments ng lungsod. Ang seminar ay isang aktibidad sa ilalim ng quarterly training program ng PESO para sa mga key players sa business entities at para magbigay ng karagdagang kaalaman para sa mga business stakeholders sa mga prevailing employment laws, guidelines at tips para sa tamang pagmamanage ng workforce para maachive ang harmonious employer-employee relationship. Para sa gobyerno ng lungsod, ang PESO ay nakipagtulungan sa Department of Labor and Employment and the QC Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (QCTIPC), isang union of management and labor sector sa QC, para turuan ang human resource managers/supervisors at labor union officers para sa miiral na utos hinggil operasyon ng negosyo. Sa pamamagitan ng quarterly LMES ng PESO, ang pamahalaan ng QC ay nagnanais ng lungsod na maging isang business –friendly haven pati na ang worker-friendly community may mga kumpanya na sumusunod sa batas sa paggawa at sa pagmamasid sa kaligtasan at sa mga health rules at standards. Ang relasyon ng Employer-employee ay nakakaapekto sa operasyon ng trabaho ayon sa LMES na sinusubukan nilang resolbahin. Tungkol sa 145 na kalahok, parehong mula sa pamamahala ng labor management and labor sector, ay naroroon sa panahong ginanap ang LMES noong June 30 sa QC Hall main building. (Rico)
